Peyton Manning, after living a full life, died and went to heaven. When he got to heaven, God was showing him around. If you are a long-time reader and/or stalk my archives, you know that I once had a regular series of posts called Two Truths and a Lie.  Since it’s been a while, you know you wanna play.  Often times I make these about work, and this week was incredibly stressful.  Which one is the lie?

1.  The front of the House of Horrors was shot up, and the entire side of the building was tagged in profane graffiti about yours truly.

2.  Two female employees pummeled each other in the teacher’s lounge during lunch.

3.  There was an attempted kidnapping/assault of a female student before school.

I repeat:  two of these are truths.  And, you wonder why I am a wineaux.

All superciliousness aside, it took me years to realize that I am beautiful inside and out.  And, trust me, there are still days that I wish my hair was thinner, the little wrinkles around my eyes would disappear, the little dent in my nose was less noticeable, the quarter-size zit on my chin was on my nemesis’ face instead, and my teeth were whiter, straighter, and closer together.  Yes, we women are often as critical of ourselves as we can be of others.  Fortunately, I have learned to look in the mirror for myself instead of at myself.  And, I love what I see.  I am beautiful in every single way.

Don’t you bring me down today.  Stay tuned for more in the Being Bodacious series.  Maybe next time I will expound on my superior intellect, but you know that too already.

I wanted to sing about good days and bad days, successes and failures, questions and answers, friends and foes, and reality and dreams.

3. Who inspired you?

This always comes to mind when I think about being inspired.

Not nearly enough to say everything I want to say.

I love the written word.  That is all.

6. Talk about how you come up with blog topics. Where do you get your ideas?

It is all real, all the time.  My philosophy is “I’m blogging this.”

7. What or who inspires you and your blog?

Life.

8. Where and/or how do your brainstorming for your blog?

There is no such thing as TMI at I Read Banned Books:  on the toilet.

9. Do you have any blogging rules or guidelines you follow?

Be the change.

10. Is there anything you will not blog about?

There are some things I have not blogged about … yet.  I don’t know.  I really try to stay away from religion and politics.

11. Do you have any sort of a publishing schedule in terms of day of week or topic?

Bwahahahahahahahaha … I just try to put the words down and hit publish every now and again.  If I am fortunate, I get a comment or two.
