Dear Sunday Nights After a Four-Day Weekend:
Oh good Lord, you suck. If you were a person, this is what I would do to you:
It just hit me that I might actually like Mondays.
Shudder.
Some Sundays just suck. That is all.

Even now, after all these years, I still get that “gotta go back to school/work/real world” pit in my stomach on Sunday nights. Can’t hear the 60 Minutes stopwatch without getting a little antsy, either. Hang in there, chica. MWAH!
All day I watched the time tick away…tick tock…tick tock…..I looked up and it was 8:30. I hate Sundays. I always have. So at least you know you are not alone.
That is so funny. I have to say that he really deserved it, and I’m sure there are plenty around here that deserve the same for the same reason.

Oh man, I really hate Sunday night… I’m gonna miss my two or three naps a day…
Next week is going to seem really looooooooong. I’m trying to remember what crap messes I left on my desk on Wednesday. Ugh.
Tomorrow starts hell month…the month when ALL of my 401(k) plans have enrollment meetings. I wish this night would last forever….
XOXOXO
This weekend, I was with my BFF from Thurs night til today … Sundays, when I pack up and come home after a few days of being with her and her family, are very hard on all of us. We like having our own space and our own families … but we LOVE hanging out together.
So, I totally understand! Here’s hoping your Monday is miraculously mellow.
Monday morning simply brings another reminder that I am unemployed with a month til Christmas and no visible means of supporting my household, putting food on the table or having anything under the tree for the spawn…
*I fully understand*
LMFAO! I’ve never seen that video before. I’ve been having a hard time deciding if I hate Sundays or Mondays more. Sunday seems like a ticking clock to get done everything so I can be prepared for all of Monday’s fun.
Here’s hoping the Christmas break helps chase the mehs away *hugs*
After years of freelancing and working from my home office, I am considering taking a real Monday-through-Friday-grinding-the-week out job with a publisher. You are making me rethink this!
