Ain’t No Mountain High Enough

by cajunvegan on August 4, 2008

“Come to the edge.”
“We can’t. We’re afraid.”
“Come to the edge.”
“We can’t. We will fall!”
“Come to the edge.”
And they came.
And he pushed them.

And they flew.

~ Guillaume Apollinaire

Have you ever done something that you wanted to keep private but wished to shout from the mountaintops at the same time?  That is me today.  This is not a post meant to drive traffic to me nor is it meant to make you ask me “What is it?” or “How much bail money do you need?” All I need you to know is that I just did it and that this small step may make all the difference in the end.

Thank you for reading, for allowing me to be intentionally vague, and for motivating me to continue to be the change.

  1. Good for you! You are allowed to be as vague as you want/need to be. It’s your prerogative! Of course, I’m here if you want to share too;)

  2. Hey, if you need another push, we’re here but it sounds as if you are doing fine on your own. Woohoo!

  5. I dunno what it is but I’m proud of you! That first small step is the most important to the change. :)

  6. YAY!! It’s the tiniest of steps that makes the difference. Good for you for being brave enough, smart enough, to see the light. Go girl! You know I’m cheering you along!

Making that leap, whatever it may be, is always exhilarating. Congratulations on the courage to jump!

Good for you. I wish I had the courage to leap like that.

  10. Very cool! Sometimes we need that push. Hope you wind up where you want to be.

Thank you for respecting my desire to keep this private for now. I will open up when I am ready.
