The bad news is I now feel like crap warmed over in a mucous flambe sauce.
The worse news is I had to cancel a color and cut appointment with my hair goddess because I just could not summon the strength to get dressed and now have to wait until February 29 for the next available appointment. Somebody has to cancel before then, or I may have to resort to OTC hair dye. The horror!
The worst news is I have to go back to work on Monday and attend another evening event. This time I must travel to the armpit of Clark County, also known as Overton, NV, a rural community whose claim to fame is it is the site of the Lost City ~ a prehistoric site of 10, 000 to 20, 000 people. In other words, it is in Bum Fuck Egypt.
The good news is this bug obviously is not contagious since Boog has not contracted it, and he gets everything I bring home.
The better news is Prudence arrived on Wednesday. She is Boog’s new mistress and my competition for his attention. Although I am of the mindset that “real women have curves.” She sure is sexy.
The best news is yet to come. Hopefully, I will be able to give you all the exciting details tomorrow. In the meantime, I think I’ll do a little channel surfing with Prudence.
Hmmm…I have an appointment with the hair goddess on Feb 7th at 2:30, I know it’s early in the day, but do you want to trade? My locks could last a little longer before they I start to look like Medusa!

I do OTC hair color… but that’s only because back in the days when I didn’t have punky hair I had my whole head dyed pink at a salon. It was supposed to be red/auburn. It was pink. Horrifying. I definitely did not want pink hair at the time. I figured I couldn’t f it up any worse than the pros and I’ve been doing it DIY ever since.
