Administrator’s action states:
Warned/Counseled/Reprimanded
Read between the lines:
I asked student to spit it out. Student complied.
Duh! It’s not rocket science.

Umpteenth teacher’s referral reads:

Duh! It’s not rocket science.
Are teachers not allowed to say “spit it out”? Or are they worried the student will not comply? or is this the paper trail to CYA?
Hmmm……sometimes I wonder why I am considering a teaching career…..then I remember - the GREAT stories!
